Who says learning can't be fun? Come play along as volunteers from the audience vie for great prizes using their e-discovery savvy in the classic Jeopardy format. Our own "Alex Trebek" (electronic discovery expert Craig Ball), joined by a top-notch judges panel, will ensure this session is both educational and entertaining. Be sure to answer in the form of a question!
 
This presentation has been approved by the State Bar of Texas for 1.0 participatory hour of MCLE credit (no ethics credit), so attorneys and paralegals are welcome. (Attorneys: MCLE registration will begin at 11:30 am. Presentation will begin at noon.)

Craig Ball is a board certified trial lawyer and computer expert. He's dedicated his career to teaching the bench and bar about forensic technology and trial tactics. Craig now limits his work exclusively to serving as a court-appointed special master and consultant in electronic evidence, as well as publishing and lecturing on computer forensics, emerging technologies, digital persuasion and electronic discovery.  Craig’s monthly e-discovery column, "Ball in Your Court,” appears in Law Technology News.  Craig is a prolific contributor to continuing legal and professional education programs throughout the United States and his articles on forensic technology and electronic discovery frequently appear in the national media, including in American Bar Association, ATLA and American Lawyer Media print and online publications.  Named as one of the Best Lawyers in America and a Texas Superlawyer, Craig is a recipient of the Presidents' Award, the State Bar of Texas’ most esteemed recognition of service to the profession.
