Setting the Stage to Win: Critical Preparation Steps for a Successful Meet and Confer

Please join us at the November meeting of the recently formed Connecticut Chapter of the Association of Litigation Support Professionals!

At our November meeting, Jason Velasco, Vice President of Client Services at Merrill Corporation, will discuss the Meet & Confer - 26(f) conference and its importance in setting the stage for a case's strategy and its eventual outcome.

Jason is a nationally recognized expert in the field of electronic discovery and forensic investigations. He is an active member of the prestigious Sedona Conference, and is also an active member of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) Project.

Happy hour refreshments and food will be sponsored by Response Legal Search, of Hartford, CT. All legal professionals (attorneys, paralegals, litigation/practice support, judiciary, vendors) - members and nonmembers, are encouraged to attend. Please feel free to bring a guest to the meeting.
