Join ALSP as an Individual Member

To join as an individual, submit the online membership form or complete the printable membership application and return to ALSP headquarters.

Join ALSP as a Corporate Member

1. To join as a corporate member, the primary contact person needs to complete the online membership form; if you would prefer to pay by check, please contact ALSP headquarters for an invoice. 
2. Individuals who should be included under the corporate membership should complete the contact information form, specify which corporate membership they are part of and return to ALSP headquarters.
